Well it is what it is. Since we are home A LOT more than we planned, we don’t have an excuse to work on our fitness and come out of this quarantine healthier!
Each day, I’ll be posting at home workouts that can be completed by anyone at any fitness level. There will be an RX, RX+, and Scaled option.
RX – as written, RX+ – more advanced, Scaled – beginning or haven’t worked out in awhile.
